    Snelle levering een goede service. 1 Product was niet op voorraad. Ik werd netjes gebeld of ik een vervangend product wilde. Alles was goed verpakt.

    Update: The Manager reached out to me, apologized for miscommunication and made a full refund to my account which I received the same day. ************** I ordered a supplement for my dog which came open. I called customer service and asked to return the opened pot and get a new, unopened pot instead. Dylan from customer service told me that he opened the pot to check if everything is OK but forgot to mention it. After the phone call, Dylan sent me a return label so I can return the package back and told me that a new package will be sent next week. I brought the package to postnl just to learn that the label is already in use and therefore can't be used again. It was after working hours so I sent him an email asking for a new label. No response. I called 2 days later to see what was happening and they told me that they will send me a return label together with my ordered supplement. Ok, not happy with that but fine. I would also appreciate it if they informed me about it instead of me calling them for an update. Day after the new product was supposed to be sent I called them to see why I still have not received track and trace. No one picked up. So I called again. Now I hear from them that they do not have it in stock and maybe they will have it next Tuesday. At this point I am very frustrated and ask them to issue me a full refund and send me a return label. Guess what? I am not getting a refund of 7.90 eur for shipping costs. Outrageous! So after 8 days of waiting, calling, emailing, poor customer service and no product, doing business with D-tails cost me 8 eur. I will never, ever do business with them again.
