Dermarolling.nl

This was my first time using Dermarolling. I ordered two Cosrx products. After 4 working days they had not arrived so I contacted Dermarolling and they told me the products had been returned to their warehouse because the address I supplied was incorrect. I explained that the address was correct, so they resent the products. I live in an apartment block and whoever delivered the package put it in a light fixture, half way up the wall, which was very strange. The package had a hole in the side - about 2-3 cms wide. While it has not been an ideal experience, I would still use Dermarolling again as you managed to fix the delivery problem quickly and you also responded to my emails quickly as well. On reflection the problems I experienced were with Post NL rather than Dermarolling.

Mijn eerste bestelling was er de volgende dag al en alles keurig verpakt. Ook de dame die ik telefonisch om informatie had gevraagd was informatief en correct. Dit lijkt dus een echt goede webwinkel!

Correct en vriendelijke mensen. Binnen 2 dagen mijn bestelling ontvangen en retour spullen weer heel snel het geld teruggestort 👍👌. Demarolling zal mij vaker terug zien als klant.

Super goed kan nu al merken dat me haar iets langer is en dat na ander halve week!

De wax is keihard na ongeveer 2 seconden als het mijn huid raakt. En het haalt heel weinig haar weg.
