Placed an order for several item for my daughter and also items for my nieces. All my order bar one item was delieved promptly. I was disappointed when weeks past and the remainder was not delivered, with no update on status. Customer care was prompt in replying and remedied with a refund. The items I received were very cute, although the slide clips that are metal and not covered with material, do catch on hair and pull out so I don't use those ones.
