Today I finally received my order (after 21 days)! I must say that Anne from customer support was quite good at promptly handling my inquiries and explaining the reason why I hadn't received my order yet. I have to say I'm satisfied. Not to mention the hair bows, they're beautiful 🥰

The order arrived earlier than expected (considering that there were discussions about possible delays). I bought hair ties and clips, which are really cute and unique... a bit small though, for mini ponytails... but my daughter has fine hair, so I have no issues. Satisfied! Both my daughter and I 😊
