The order was not complete when I received it. One hairband was missing. I reported this by phone, and the next day I received the 'forgotten' hairband. It's a bit disappointing that my order wasn't delivered correctly at first, but the service to rectify the mistake was courteous and prompt.
The order arrived very quickly. I really like that. I just misjudged the size of the bows of the ribbons I ordered, and the hair clips were also larger than I expected.
