10 years ago I placed my first order. And I have always been very satisfied. Nothing has ever gone wrong. Fast delivery and beautiful quality!!! Now I had placed an order for my niece who is 1 year old, but my order did not arrive. Luckily, I had another gift. So that was fine. I contacted them and my order has been credited and I received a message that I will still receive the hair clips + 5 euros discount on my next order. That's what I call really top service. My niece has received her beautiful hair clips after all!
