Hello, I placed an order on November 1, and today is December 2, yet the product still hasn’t arrived. I contacted your customer service representative, N… via WhatsApp multiple times and shared the invoice I paid for. Initially, they informed me there was an issue with stock, and I patiently understood the situation. However, a full month has passed, and I still haven’t received the product. A few days ago, I called, and they told me their phone battery was at 2% and promised to call back, but they never did. Despite my numerous messages, they have stopped responding, even though they are clearly online and reading my messages every time. I didn’t want to leave a negative review here, as I, too, am a business owner and understand how things can sometimes go wrong. I tried to be understanding. But I placed the order, paid for it, and waited for a month, only to be left without my product and with no one to properly communicate with me. I’m sorry, Nize Product, but this is unacceptable.

Product is nog niet bezorgd en trach en trace werkt niet. Door Nize is actie ondernomen en door leverancier is jet pruct bogmaals verzonden. Nu wel ontvangen en kan dus aan de slag.
