I had a sail made here for my boat, specifically a sunshade to cover the windows. I made a template myself and submitted it. After a week, I was able to pick it up, but it turned out to be too large. The cause was unclear, but it was no problem; it was immediately adjusted. I was treated very kindly, and the price was cheaper than average in the boating world. I can only say how nice it is to be a customer at this sewing workshop. Strengths: You are well taken care of, and they provide explanations on how to install it, even if you just want information for the future regarding installing a bimini top. I had a beautiful veranda sail made and directly indicated that it would be placed in the southwest in an outdoor area. The oval eyes were torn out during the first strong wind. The guarantee from my sewing workshop is "repairing and reinforcing at a discount is not possible." So, I have to get the screen reinforced elsewhere (which can of course be done). In short, this is not how you treat your customers, which is very unfortunate. Strengths: None. Areas for improvement or tips: Take responsibility and fix your mistake; this is simply part of the entrepreneurial risk.
