I had a beautiful veranda sail made and directly indicated that it would be placed in the southwest in an outdoor area. The oval eyes were torn out during the first strong wind. The guarantee from my sewing workshop is "repairing and reinforcing at a discount is not possible." So, I have to get the screen reinforced elsewhere (which can of course be done). In short, this is not how you treat your customers, which is very unfortunate. Strengths: None. Areas for improvement or tips: Take responsibility and fix your mistake; this is simply part of the entrepreneurial risk.

I only received a package number but no name of the shipping service. Later information about the shipping status does provide this, but it takes a day. (This should have been mentioned in the first email.) The follow-up status information is not interesting and comes too late.
