Good, clear, and logical webshop, with a clear product description. Improvement points or tips: The initial information about the shipping status is incomplete. I only received a package number but no name of the shipping service. Later information about the shipping status does provide this, but it takes a day. (This should have been mentioned in the first email.) The follow-up status information is not interesting and comes too late.
