There was a small issue during the ordering process as the staff was on vacation. This was indicated on the website, but the date when they would be available again was not entirely accurate. Strengths: Beautiful website, information about the products is clear. Ordering is straightforward, so there is little to criticize. Areas for improvement or tips: 1. An automatic confirmation that the order has been received and any expected response would be helpful. 2. Choosing fabric colors remains a difficult decision; something needs to be done about that. 3. Tracking information does not provide a timeframe for when the carrier will deliver the package.

For making our own boat cover, we ended up at Mijn Naaiatelier in Edam. We received excellent advice and information about potential pitfalls. We ordered all our materials here. Why? Beautiful qualities and, above all, a very complete assortment. Also, because the owners go above and beyond to assist you, even after the purchase. Thank you, Peter and Mala. I am now familiar with the webshop, but it did take some searching.
