Shortly after, I was contacted, and it turned out that I had actually ordered the wrong product due to a technical term. I was looking for a strap for my bimini, but I should have ordered 'ordinary' straps instead. Measures were taken to resolve the issue to my satisfaction, which I considered more than correct. Therefore, I am giving a THUMBS UP instead of a negative review. Strong points: Very correct after-sales service!!!
