Great experience overall, reasonably quick delivery for these types of items (bimini). Strengths: - The information on the site is clear enough, - delivery times are acceptable, and often a bit faster than other providers - the quality of the (in my case, bimini royal) is good and as described. Areas for improvement or tips: more information about delivery could be provided; for example, I received a notification that a package was coming, but it turned out to be just the extra accessories, while the bimini itself came directly from Italy. Additionally, the bimini top risers did not fit... the mounting points for the attachments on the railing, which are recommended on the website, did not fit the bimini risers... the milled edge is not deep enough, causing the holes to misalign and preventing a bolt from going through. Fortunately, I found that I didn't need them and had enough headroom underneath.
