Good, but see below for areas of improvement. Strengths: None. Areas for improvement or tips: Delivery took place a week after ordering without any prior indication that it would take so long. I tried to contact them by phone twice (during working hours) between the order and delivery, but both times I only reached the voicemail. Areas for improvement! After this review, I was explained over the phone that these were isolated incidents.

I ordered a Bimini top for my boat. Great; fast and quality. I even received phone advice on which materials would best suit my boat. Strengths: fast and quality. Areas for improvement or tips: No T&T link via email so that I can track my order before receiving it.

My sewing studio surprised me with their proactive approach. A lady called me back unprompted with an even better answer to my question. They think along with you about the solution and execute it quickly. Great! Strong points: Excellent collaboration on finding a solution. Making good proposals and executing them quickly. A good product delivered at a competitive price. Strengths: The delivered product (roll cover) and customer service are excellent. Areas for improvement or tips: While filling out the order, I became confused on the website. After a phone call, the confusion was cleared up. It might be my fault, but I still have some improvement suggestions for the website. P.S. I notice that in the above rating items, the most important aspect, namely the quality of the product, is not mentioned.
