Super, after a wrong order, the correct delivery arrived even before the old one was returned. And that was despite it being my fault.

In the offer and ordering phase, everything was very good. Quick response and answers to my questions. Five days after placing the order, I sent another email asking if I could change a small detail in my order and whether I would be notified when the delivery would take place. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to this. Fortunately, our neighbor was home and received the shipment. When assembling the bimini, it turned out that the clamp for securing the support poles was incorrectly mounted. This is not a problem in itself, but the hex key is not a standard size, which complicates things. You also cannot place this clamp lower because the aluminum tube was damaged during assembly. However, I have no complaints about the quality of the material and the sewing work. The bimini is very beautiful. Several fellow skippers have already asked where I purchased this, and I happily provided them with your contact details. Strengths: website and ease of ordering. Areas for improvement or tips: Please include a hex key that fits the hex screws. This would prevent a lot of frustration, and please try to mount the clamps correctly.
