Great help! Improvement points or tips: After I had just ordered fabric for 250 euros but forgot the zippers, I had to pay 6.75 for shipping for 2 zippers, which were ultimately just sent in an envelope with four stamps on it (that's really not 6.75). When I mentioned this, I was told that this cannot be changed on the website? They also did not offer to refund the difference. I find that disappointing... So improvement points: fair shipping costs on the website because otherwise customers are left with an unpleasant feeling about it.
