I ordered supplies online to make a sail cover and a bimini top myself. A few days before my order, I sent an email asking for advice on the fabric and thread to use. This email was answered very quickly and thoroughly. Just before placing the order, I had a few last questions, so I called: no one was available, but I received a call back within a few minutes. Great! However, I still made a mistake with my order (wrong type of fabric). I was called back shortly after placing the order, and the mistake was corrected in time. So, the order was reviewed critically. Excellent! Strengths: Good availability by phone and email. Good communication possible. Good prices. A wide variety of accessories available on the site. Very fast delivery! One day. Areas for improvement or tips: If you haven't browsed the site much, it's easy to make a mistake; the types of fabric scrolled by quickly for me, which is why I ended up ordering the wrong fabric. (Later, I did find a small pause button.) I also mixed up Tenax and Tomax for the fastening materials, and I really thought I had ordered a YKK zipper, but later I saw that it turned out to be an M-zipper. I think it would help if you could easily print your shopping list before finalizing your order. Fortunately, in my case, everything was resolved well because Peter critically reviewed the order and contacted me right away. Luckily, I had already had a phone conversation about my wishes before placing the order.
