The percentage of customers who filled out a review is much higher than I expected. The integration with my webshop went very smoothly and works reliably. Since I started using WebwinkelKeur, my revenue has been increasing. I can't prove it, but I have a strong impression that this is due to customers being able to easily view the reliable reviews.
WebwinkelKeur has incomplete general terms and conditions for web shops, which led to a dispute with a customer. The customer hired a lawyer, who quickly addressed the shortcomings in the terms and conditions. As a result, we received a very negative review and had to pay for the damages. WebwinkelKeur did nothing with our complaint and even left the negative review up. It is particularly disappointing that a certification body treats its own customers this way and takes no responsibility for the mistakes made!

Quick response to questions and good options at affordable prices. It's called WebwinkelKeur for a reason; unfortunately, it's not possible for me to send review requests automatically because I don't have a shop. But I am very satisfied otherwise.
