Unbound XR

I have purchased a Pimax Crystal through the Unbound webshop. After 10 months the device went broken and after talking to Pimax, it was decided to send the device back to Unbound. Unbound repaired the device, but after just five days the same error occured again and the device needs to be repaired again or even exchanged for a new one. Unbound failed to reply to my 2nd warranty claim and I did not hear from them for one week now, although they promised to reply within a very short time. I have conducted several attempts to contact them, via E-Mail and via their contact form on their website - but no luck at at all.

Zeer snelle levering. Helaas waren de asferische lenzen van de Pimax Crystal een grote teleurstelling, waardoor ik het product helaas moest retourneren. De verwerking van de retour was met ongeveer 3 weken (over Pasen) vrij lang. Het retourproces, de communicatie en de vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers waren echter absoluut top. Ik zou daar altijd weer bestellen.

Grote keuze in VR benodigdheden. Alleen jammer dat de winkel niet te bezoeken is voor particulieren.
