Er ging wat mis waardoor ik geen e-mail kreeg. Maar juist de zeer vriendelijke en attente telefonische beantwoording is voor mij reden om hen de hoogste score te geven. Had het pakje wel na een dag in huis.

Ik werd zelf gebeld om te horen of de bestelling op tijd geleverd was

In my initial review I complained because the seller hasn't shipped the package after 6 days of the purchase, however once the seller saw the bad review, she called me and clarified that the package was sent the day after the order and flagged as delivered by DPD. Unfortunately it was not delivered to me, and there was no receipt in my mail box telling that the delivery was done to a neighbor. The seller then sent me another product, this time using postNL - which was successful delivered. Although unhappy with the occurrence, clearly it wasn't seller's fault, and I'm very satisfied with how quickly she solved the issue once identified. I recommended her to reconsider using DPD as a provider, since they are not very reliable.

Vrijdags besteld voor 15.00 , kwam dinsdags aan , men heeft netjes excuus aangeboden , (was niet op vrrd) Vind ik toch netjes dat ze gereageerd hebben .
