Bestelling te laat, viel niet in te plannen, lastig om mee in contact te komen en niet behulpzaam.

Product is helemaal prima, echter de bezorging zeer slecht. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen, geen enkele berichtgeving over vertragingen, geen track&trace code. Komen zomaar ineens opdagen zonder afspraak.

The delivering of the furniture was simply disastrous. As we only live in Alkmaar once in a while we had communicated from the beginning on that we had to set a definite and reliable delivery date, which was 27/5. After we had received an email from your company in the end of April that the furniture ordered had been delivered your store and was ready to be delivered to us on 27/5 as mutually set we were irritated by your email from 23/5 that then all of a sudden the furniture was all of a sudden stuck in a container on the way to you? That was clearly not in line with your first message. Luckily you then found the furniture in your warehouse ... The delivery was announced for 27/5 between exactly 13:11 and 16:47 hours, so we stayed at home - but no delivery that day! In the evening we received an email from the transportation company that the delivery had to be postponed but would take place the next day, Saturday 28/5 between 9 and 21 hours. We were at home almost all day - but again no delivery whatsoever, no further information! Then we had to leave back to Germany on Sunday 29/5, only to receive an email in the evening that the delivery now would be on Monday 30/5. Luckily we have friendly neighbours in Alkmaar who somehow helped to solve the problem. All in all, disappointing and unreliable experience with a completely unprofessional delivery. If the furniture delivered meets our expectations is something we cannot say before the end of July as we only then will be back in Alkmaar. Nonetheless, in the process of ordering the furniture the staff we talked to at Tuinmeubelen was very friendly and helpful.
