On the website it looks like everything is available immediately, there is no information that you will have to wait longer for a given product. You will get info about the need to wait in an e-mail after you complete and pay for the order. This is not fair. If this happens, it is normal that what is in stock is should be sent immediately and the rest of the items later. I received my items only after my reminder by e-mail. Despite this, they didn't arrive on my firend birthday and I had to quickly look for another gift. Disappointing. There was one item missing in the package, so I waited. More than a month has passed, I have not received the item I ordered, nor any further response to several e-mails I sent, not to mention the free doll and coin promised with every order. I'm incredibly disappointed. I already know that I will not receive the missing item, that I have lost money and nerves. I will not recommend the store to any of my friends and I will never order from it again. Pity, because products are rare and nice looking, but not for the price of waiting and mailing without any result and losing money.
