I placed an order around 80 euros. among other products I got a salami almost expired (market value ~4 euros). I requested a reimbursement but the customer support didn't apologize and offered 2 euros coupons. after insisting, they offered a 4 euro coupons or the possibility to have a full refund, but I had to pay for the shipping (6 euro) so that made no sense at all. a serious business should not sell products almost expired and in case an accident happens, they should apologize and return the money back immediately. time wasters.
