My husband and I purchased pearl earrings from Pure & Timeless for our wedding day. We visited the store in January 2020, and I found the exact earrings I was looking for: white gold and Akoya pearls with a simple design that can also be worn every day. We purchased the set and they were delivered within two weeks. On our wedding day, I received many compliments on my earrings, which also matched the pearl pendant my schoonvader gave me. I accidentally lost one of the earrings just a few months after the wedding, but luckily the shop was happy to make a new one to match so that the set will be complete again. While there are cheaper pearls on the market, I will only go to a trusted seller like Pure & Timeless to be sure that the pearls are genuine, of the best quality, and worthy of being handed down in the family.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately something didn't go as you could expect from us. The question wasn't answered. Yesterday evening you have sent a facebook message wich we read but didn't reply immediately because we don't work in the evening. Today you are on our list to answer. It is now 12.26 hr. This morning your husband called about this and whe have noted your question again together with your phone number. Again you are planned to be answered today. I regret your review. As far as i can see it there has been made one mistake, we didn't reply to your email. Now you contact us again and don't give us enough time to research this event and respond.
