    I had purchased a secondhand Nikon D850. It was a fair price, and when it arrived it was in excellent condition, but missing a few components (a rubber seal and camera strap attachments). I contacted Bart immediately, and within one day I had received all missing components at my house. This included a USB cable and a manual. I am so impressed with Bart's high level of customer service; there aren't many places that would be this personal and this responsive. Keep up the great work, Bart - I'll buy from you again.

    They have to be more transparent about the products they are reselling. I purchased a Sigma lens from them (Canon EF version). The advert stated that it comes with complete packaging. Sigma always includes a transport pouch with their higher end Art, Sports and Contemporary series. I received a bare lens packaged in bubble wrap. After I contacted the store they denied that there is packaging for the item I bought. After I found the advert and took a photo of the item ID in front of the the webpage they agreed to send me a box. To my surprise I received one from a complete different lens i.e. Nikon version of the same model lens, they placed a sticky note on top of the NIKON branding and wrote the article ID number with a pen. I don't know how to take this. On one hand it's nice that at least I got a compatible transport pouch, on the other hand these are completely deceitful practices. It's OK to say sorry there was a mistake in the listing our bad, but it's not OK to change your opinion twice and to deliberaly send incorrect items. This is called simply lying in plain sight. I hope I never need a warranty service from them because I can only imagine what will follow.

    Als alles direct goed gaat zijn de meeste winkels 5 sterren waard. Als er echter iets niet goed gaat (wat uiteraard kan gebeuren) komt het aan op de klantenservice. In mijn geval ging er iets niet helemaal goed maar werd het snel en zonder gezeur perfect opgelost. Een aanrader dus!
