I have placed a order paid upfront. Received the goods with a wrong package from 3 packages and missing pillows. I have requested the change of missing part and to receive the four pillows. After a week I have received the good part of the couch but only two pillows from four like the model was suppose to have. My package with pillows was open before to arrive to me. Additional the couch has a defect but after this experience with company prefer to repair myself the defect. The company have big quality problems.
