The store offers a "guaranteed delivery" within 3 days. However, it took them 1 day to acknowledge the order by email and 2 days to send me a shipment notification. 7 days later, I had not received it. I tried to call the number on the website, they did not answer. I emailed the address buried on the bottom of their page and they responded saying they had only shipped it THAT DAY (7 days after the order's placement, despite a "3-day guarantee" and a message saying it had been shipped 6 days prior). Clearly they had lost or forgotten to fulfill the order and only shipped it after I inquired, despite having sent me an email 6 days before saying it had been sent and would be arriving with 3 working days. Buyer beware!
