On their website, the delivery times are 3-5 days. Here I am after 9 workdays without any information about my delivery, it is stuck somewhere in Germany with no actions. It is still at the starting point after 9 days. I would have ordered that stuff from China to a much lower price if I knew it was not sent from Netherlands or if I was told it would take this long.

Levering van hele terras-set gebeurde heel erg snel. Een glazen plaat was stuk bij aankomst, is meteen vervangen en een paar dag later geleverd. Goed product, goede prijs, snelle levering, klantvriendelijke aanpak bij probleempje, snel opgelost.

Kwaliteit, levering en service is zeer dik in orde. Alleen maar complimenten
