After a smooth order, when my parcel arrived and was incorrect, customer service isn’t great. I received my order on Thursday 23rd July and emailed them to advise. I still haven’t received a reply. On Friday I contacted them via WhatsApp. I was asked to send photos, to which I’d already taken them for the email, so replied with a photo immediately, and then never had a reply. I messaged them on WhatsApp on Monday, asking if they’d seen the photo and if it was ok, and still no response. So I now have the wrong item, no correct item on the way, no refund, and I’m being ignored on both email and WhatsApp. Very disappointed.
