Reparatie duurde vijf dagen langer dan gepland. En de sealstickers niet op voorraad zodat ik weer terug moet!

My Samsung S7 edge was broken from both side, screen and back cover. I sent my phone to Probello for repair. I experinced two major problem and one major plus point with them: Problems: instead of 24 hours they claim, it took a complete week to have my phone back. But the major problem is that they had used 2nd hand and non-original material for repair. I called them for that and I sent them an e-mail but I got no response. The back cover they installed is from another phone with different IMEI number !!! with a very low quality laser print on that!!! I am not sure also about the screen as I cannot check if it is original but the buttoms are not as good as the previous screen therefore, I am also suspicious on the screen as well! Further to the above their price is also at least 20% higher than the others!! Plus point: However, after they received my feedback and complaint they quickly contacted me and arranged for free and swift replacement of the back cover. I understood that there was a problem with one of their suppliers!

Super service en erg fijn dat je bij elke stap op de hoogte wordt gehouden.

Prima snelle dienstverlening. De keuze van de vervoerder (Postnl) is iets minder: langskomen op ongewenste tijdstippen, niet werkende codes om tijden op te geven, terugsturen met mededelingen als "adres onbekend" en ga zo maar door. Maar toen het toestel eenmaal bij Probello was, ging het keurig snel.

Mijn Iphone werd gratis opgehaald zodat het scherm gerepareerd kon worden. Een super snelle service echt een super ervaring
