I ordered a bottle of olive oil, but unfortunately, it never arrived. At first, I was very disappointed and didn’t know what had happened. But later, the shop contacted me and explained that there was a problem with the shipping—most likely with PostNL. Even though the olive oil was sold out, they did everything they could to help. After some time, they managed to send me a new bottle. It took a few weeks, and of course it was frustrating not to get my order on time. But I really appreciate how the team at Vanilla took care of the situation. They were kind, professional, and tried their best.
