The order was not delivered. I made the order on June 3, and Decopots kept my money without delivering the products until July 11. The communication with the company was difficult and at one point they stopped replying completely. The only thing that helped was me saying that I'd have to get a mediator involved, that prompted them to reply within 4 hours after days of silence. They were rude and unreasonable in the way they spoke to me in the emails. The company ignored my multiple phone calls, nobody ever picked up. The first time they processed a refund, they kept some of my money. Luckily I noticed that and pointed it out. It took several more days for them to make a full refund. It was a very poor experience that lasted 5 weeks.
