Jiska and team had to deal with Bosign products that were defective (not delivering on specification, having a dome at the center making laptop rock on the tray...). They accommodated the change of order resulting from these defects and had to deal with 3 shipments in total. I hope Bosign will bare the costs of extra logistics and pay more attention in OQC. Overall, the tone of voice, responsiveness and solution-minded was really excellent. Adding a picture of the contact lowers the barrier and eases the relationship. I wish other suppliers take example on you! As an aside, I am COO in B2B products so I know how painful this type of case can be and really appreciate how it was handled. I am sorry if it felt that I was high maintenance in some way, but peeps who got these products in fine are really enjoying them. Thank you!
