On 26.01.21 I ordered Deuba Aluminium Kas 7,6m3 met fundering. Called before to make sure if it's what foto showes, 47 pieces "op voorhand". Payed, recieved confirmation and track&trace info. After 7 days delivery showed up with totally different article and we recieved mail that we can reject it so we will receive our money back. I called help desk /which disconnected after few minutes talk/ and recieved information that item which I ordered will not be delivered and it's not available anymore. Excuse for all apparently was on system error. Legaly, as from the moment of bank transfer, it's a sale/buy contract on this article and price which seller puts on web. Can't be just like that "stopped" and item ordered effectively should be delivered! I will not cancel my order at all! I insist that item which I ordered and payed will be delivered asap! That it's not a good service, I would even assume *differently* that kind of actions of the seller side. Please ALL BE AWARE!

Mijn product lichts zijn er slecht, 1 keer nooit meer. Ze knipperen en een paar doen het helemaal niet.
