for the waist trainer I could not find what M correspond to in cm. I ordered M and it was too small. the process to return an article is not customer friendly for an online retail store. I had to create my own label and pay the shipping cost for returning it. Reason why I give it a 3 star and not less is that the after care service still responded fast to my request and we found an agreement even if I am not happy to pay again the shipping cost, it was something. Overall the size should be explained to avoid assumptions and also the return process should be made easier.
