Have bought several smart plugs and most have failed within 1st year. Start being unresponsive and then when you unplug them and plug them back in they are dead and cannot be reset or anything. DON’T buy them.

- Don’t believe their warrenty, it’s not true
We have bought a lot of smart plugs, and unfortunately most fail within 3-9 month despite low load etc. HiHome just stops responding to complaints despite sending them the faulty smart plugs (we paid the return freight) but they just ignore us. We have +30 faulty smart plugs now. DON’T buy from them clearly they are cheating people.
