Purchased an A7r from the website after seeing it advertised elsewhere. Due to some bad experience with second hand private sales, i decided to purchase from the website. Unfortunately, I did not notice the office was closed for a week, so after making the payment with an order confirmation, i started to be concerned having no further feedback. However, after getting in touch directly by phone, the voice message notified and a quick response e-mail confirmed the item shipped after returning to business. Next day delivery after the shipment, arrived very fast. The quality is as good as new, for a 20% discount from original price. When there is an automatic response via e-mail and still returning messages in whatsapp for next office closure, the result is 5 stars. Missing shoulder strap from the box was not identified from website, but not so important (would probably not use it anyway) Overall positive experience, excellent quality of item, good service. would recommend to others.
