Waste of money, unfortunately. I have ordered 6 jars for more than €100 and was very excited to do something for my health while supporting local company. The product was in a wet carton box, not cooled anymore. I immediately contacted the seller and was assured that it’s fine. They told me they shock-freeze the product before delivery and it should actually stay good not only for 2, but up to THREE weeks just in refrigerator. (isn’t freezing and then defrosting mostly NOT recommended with food?) Few jars had a liquid collecting on top, I was again assured that that’s OK. Two jars were delivered with “best before” running out in 10 days, so I had to freeze those immediately since they wouldn’t last even those 2 weeks. We decided to freeze everything suspicious while I communicate with the seller. We consumed one jar that had a good expiry date and no liquid on top and kept one more like that in the fridge for the follow up - that one got covered in green mold before the 2 weeks were up. After that we decided to get rid of all the jars, just to be sure. When I contacted the seller, they first offered sending only 1 replacement jar. I replied that I would very much prefer a refund, if partial, since I don’t consider the rest of the order safe to consume either and I am not really excited to receive another wet box with frozen and then defrosted gel since they do not deliver via company with cooling units in their trucks. Their response was that they only guarantee TWO weeks product being good and that they’re sorry I am not enjoying the gels, but their last and final offer is 10% discount on my next order which is just laughable since I am obviously not going to order again, so their “offer” was just a polite version of giving me the finger. If the reaction was different or if they offered a better transportation options, I might have considered ordering again, because I am really interested in this type of product, but alas. I only had a chance to try 1 gel out of 6, so I can’t speak to the quality of the product itself, but manner of delivery is absolutely inappropriate for temperature sensitive product and the customer service proved to be useless, so I consider the 1 star a generous rating. I hope they enjoyed my money. Addendum: Sadly I have NOT RECEIVED any emails about my order being delivered to a pick up point EXCEPT for an email saying that I should pick it up before they RETURN IT. I immediately went and picked up my package. While that might be issue on the couriers part, I don’t see how that’s my fault (and how that results in my financial loss) since it’s Sea Moss Mountain choosing which delivery service they use for their business. Using insufficient packaging and inappropriate way of delivery for a sensitive product are both choices made on the seller’s part, yet customer is the one made responsible for the result. How convenient. Lastly, as I have just checked in my email, 2 of the jars I have received 24th of October were to be consumed (according to a sticker on the top) before 3rd of November which brings it up to 10 days. I have changed it in the text above for the review to remain accurate to my experience. My apologies for the mixup.

Heel blij mee. Ik merk dat ik energieker voel. Het werkt voor mij gelijk. Ik neem sochtends in voor dat ik koffie ga drinken. Ik ga zeker meer bestellen.
