We ordered a door and I don’t know if because of bad fabric or the workers broke it. I had to pay for a new glass. After a month calling to have some info almost every time the woman that answered the phone made sure to let me know that she was not happy to had to speak in English making some unnecessary noises. The delivery dates cannot be selected. Arrange everything at work to be there and no one appears. Calling again and they say that they will arrange another appointment. The glass arrive and is not the one that I ordered. The company never gave a call or tried to inform about anything. I always had to call. I asked many times to them to also do an appointment to pick up the wrong glass. They arrange an appointment, and surprise, nobody came… I really don’t recommend the company. The door is very beautiful I must say, but for everything what I had to go through is not worth it.

Meedenkend bedrijf. Goede service en duidelijk qua afspraken.

Product is prima. Ze verwachten echter dat er 4 sterke handen aanwezig zijn bij aflevering. De bezorger zette echter doodleuk het kozijn voor de deur zonder aan te bellen. Na melding hiervan, niks meer van ze gehoord.
