Helaas is de fruitmand een dag te laat bezorgd na 6 uur te hebben gewacht op de chauffeur. Antwoord op mujn mails waren is onderweg. Dag erna een ongekoeld pakket afgeleverd. Hier bestel ik zeker niet nog eens geen verontschuldiging niks. Jammer

Prima service. Er was geen deurbel, de aanwijzingen die bij ‘opmerkingen voor de bezorger’ stonden werden opgevolgd voor een succesvolle bezorging. 🚚

My order was delayed by 2 days and delivered after my daughter’s birthday. This is after I sat at home for the entire weekend waiting for the items to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday party. I suddenly received a message at 11pm on Saturday night that the delivery date changed to Monday. If I had been informed of this at a reasonable hour, I could have made alternate plans to get balloons elsewhere. Instead, my daughter had a party without any balloons because it was too late to fix the problem. The products were deflated and defective when delivered eventually. Your customer service agent refused to have the items repeated for delivery by my stipulated time even though it was after the fact. My situation was never considered and your agent acted as though she was doing me a favour. I was also denied a refund for the balloons as the 1 balloon was personalised and customised with my daughter’s name. Yet that was only 1 item. Why can’t I be refunded the balance of the purchase price. Your agent kept on making excuses whilst I am the victim of your awful service. She refused to solve the problem. I am horrified at your service and will never use it again or shop with you ever again. I have laid a complaint against you with the Consumer Protection Council and I will review you on social media to warn and prevent other customers from experiencing the same disappointment as me.
