Overall, I am satisfied with WebwinkelKeur. Recently, I switched to the PLUS package because otherwise, there isn't really a reason for customers to write reviews. Additionally, there isn't much proactive assistance since you are limited by the number of review invitations. The tools are useful, and support is available as well. I would especially focus on how we can make it easier or provide reasons for customers to leave a review.

Communication is really good. I had to email quite a bit with questions regarding the (legal) setup of my webshop, and everything was answered quickly (sometimes even immediately!) and thoroughly. Although I sometimes would have preferred to have phone contact, this process went so smoothly that it deserves all the praise! In short, I am very satisfied!
